Cancellation Policy

At Mommy and Me, DPT, we understand that life with little ones can be unpredictable. We aim to provide flexible, respectful care while protecting the value of our time and services.

Individual Appointments

Full Refund: Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance are eligible for a full refund.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made 24 to 48 hours in advance are eligible for a 50% refund.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund.

You may request to reschedule rather than cancel, and we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your needs.

Appointments Cancelled by Mommy and Me, DPT

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments for any reason, including emergencies or scheduling conflicts. In such cases, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no cost.

Multi-Session Packages

Payment for multi-session therapy plans is due in advance. If a client chooses not to complete all sessions in a package:

No refunds will be issued for unused sessions.
We will, however, make reasonable efforts to reschedule or adjust remaining sessions as needed.

Physical Therapy Services

All physical therapy services are provided by Dr. Kayla O’Neal, PT, DPT, CAPP-OB, a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy. Mommy and Me, DPT is a private-pay practice. We do not bill insurance but can provide a superbill upon request for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and varies by insurance plan.

Direct Access in Georgia

Under Georgia law, you may receive physical therapy without a physician’s referral through Direct Access. However, your insurance provider may still require a referral for reimbursement. Please verify with your plan administrator.

No Guarantees

Therapy outcomes are highly individual. Mommy and Me, DPT does not guarantee specific results. Your progress depends on many factors, including consistency and individual health needs.
