Payments & Insurance Reimbursement

 

Mommy and Me, DPT is a private-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly. Payment is due at the time of booking to reserve your session.

We are happy to provide a detailed superbill upon request. A superbill is a receipt that you can submit to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your specific plan and benefits—please check with your insurance provider.

We accept all major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and contactless payments.
