From Our Family to Yours

Welcome to our family-centered practice led by Dr. Kayla O'Neal, PT, DPT, CAPP-OB. Dr. Kayla is a licensed physical therapist with over ten years of experience, and is proud to have introduced and expanded pediatric and women's health therapy in her hometown of Thomasville, GA. She continues to teach, train, and inspire others with her passion, having trained other local therapists who were also inspired to carry the torch for intrapartum therapy. Working alongside her husband, a registered nurse with training in infant, pediatric, and neurologic development and emergencies, Dr. Kayla is dedicated to supporting families in their journey to grow and heal together. With two young daughters of our own, we walked through the challenges of premature birth, postpartum complications and recovery, and the seemingly insurmountable task of a healing mother caring for her newborn without forgetting herself. Our family is here to guide you through every step of your healing journey. Mommy and Me, DPT is proud to partner with your family as you heal and grow together.
